FULL-PRICED ORDERS POLICY

There are no refunds.
All full-priced items are eligible for exchange within 14 business days. Items must be un-worn/un-washed with the original packaging and hangtags attached. A copy of your receipt or proof of purchase must also be included with the return. akirema.com does not accept returns or exchanges from outside Canada. All US and international orders are final sale.

SALE ORDERS POLICY

All sale items are final sale and not eligible for return, refund or exchange.

PROCESS FOR RETURNS

In order to return your purchase for exchange, email customerservice@akirema.com, with the subject line "return request_your name _order number". Return requests must be emailed within 14 days upon receipt of your purchase. In your email please specify the reason for your return, as well as the merchandise style number and description of the item(s) you wish to return.

Once your return is approved, you will receive a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number via email. Include your RMA number in the package you are returning. You have 14 days from the date your RMA number was issued to return the item. Akirema.com will not accept items that fall outside this time frame.

GUIDELINES

Akirema.com reserves the right to reject any returns that do not comply with the policies outlined above. Any returns that are not authorized will be sent back to you at your expense and an exchange will not be granted.
